About This Role
Manages breakfast buffet and ala carte lunch service (5:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.) 5 days/week Ensure guest satisfaction Ensure staff on time and performing correct duties Ensure lodge protocols for breakfast and lunch in place Work as needed to make the meal happen in an efficient manner as well as providing superior guest service! Fast paced environment Aloha POS knowledge helpful Must enjoy people and customer service Hands on style environment Must be able to carry a tray Barista skills helpful
