ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience by serving breakfast and lunch with attentiveness and care. Engage with guests in a warm, friendly manner, offering recommendations and insights to enhance their dining experience throughout the day. Ensure all stations are prepared, maintained, and well-stocked throughout service, paying close attention to detail. Offer beverages, including coffee, tea, and lunchtime drinks, with a focus on quality and presentation, including basic barista duties as needed. Assist with guest inquiries, helping to make their stay more enjoyable by offering personalized service. Work closely with your team to keep the dining area organized and ready for guests, including resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure that take-out orders are prepared with the same care and attention as in-house service. Actively participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your service skills and align with the standards of the establishment.
