Assistant Baker

Assists with the preparation of all baked goods - breads, cookies, pastries and desserts for all meals for adults, children, and staff. Cares for and maintains equipment; assists with inventory (utilization, rotation and items needed); and maintains a clean and orderly workspace and kitchen. Expected to help in other areas of the kitchen as needed. Baking experience required. Hours are generally from about 4 a.m. to 12 p.m. Work dates from early May to mid September.
