Summary Under the direction of the Retail Manager, assists with the management and supervision of retail staff, and the overall operations of Raven Eagle Gifts & Gallery. Pay and Benefits: Seasonal Employees are eligible for the Seasonal Employee Layoff Bonus Plan. The plan is designed to provide an effective means to motivate and compensate eligible seasonal employees during the term of their assignment. However, Goldbelt, Inc. may, in certain limited circumstances, grant discretionary performance bonuses outside of this program, in the sole discretion of the Company. Starting Rate: $28.00 - DOE Responsibilities Job Duties Supervises the daily operations of the Tramway retail enterprises and staff, including opening/closing of shop facilities and space, staff weekly work scheduling and direction, in-person and telephone vendor and customer interaction, security, account maintenance and reconciliation and reporting of daily cash receipts, and computer problem resolution, involving transactions and reporting. Determines and implements daily operating procedures; ensures staff is informed of characteristics, artists, background, etc. of art and items for sale.
