Banquet Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events or banquets as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving beverages. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; experience in a nightclub or banquet setting is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar cash register systems is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers. Must be of legal drinking age as required by local laws and regulations.
