Banquet Set-Up

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set-up team member to join our hospitality staff. This role is essential in ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in the food industry, particularly in banquet settings. Responsibilities Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations. Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good condition prior to events. Collaborate with the culinary team to facilitate food service during events, including food handling and bussing duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Assist with guest relations by providing outstanding customer service and responding promptly to guest needs. Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or event settings. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Previous experience in bussing or culinary roles is a plus but not required.
