Responsible for the preparation and serving of all alcoholic beverages at the Timberline Bar & Grill, to contribute to guest satisfaction and premier customer service atmosphere. Starting Wage: $16.00- DOE Responsibilities Job Duties Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of sales of Alcohol and selling Nature center Products. Coordinates sales receipts reporting with the Front of House Manager and staff. Stocks and maintains alcohol and products for ongoing inventory. Responsible for adherence to standard bar opening, operating, and closing procedures, along with ability to handle all complaints quickly and efficiently, in the customers’ best interests. Ensures workspace and equipment are kept sanitary and in an orderly manner. Ensures liquor serving laws and TB&G House Alcohol Policy are being followed; maintains high service standards pertaining to customer conduct. Performs other incidental and related duties as assigned by the Front of House Manager.
