Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through excellent beverage service and genuine hospitality. Working in a luxurious ranch resort environment, the Bartender crafts and serves creative cocktails, fine wines, and other beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest's visit is memorable. The Bartender will also maintain the bar area, follow safety and sanitation standards, and assist with food service when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for hospitality and the craft of bartending. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to the Steps of Service as they apply to the saloon or bar setting and provide support to restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff, prepare and serve drinks as requested, and interact with patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere. Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients, including liquors, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits, while maintaining consistency and quality. Check identification to verify legal drinking age requirements for all customers and monitor patrons to ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Assist patrons in arranging safe transportation if needed, such as calling a taxi or ride-sharing service. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the bar area, ensuring a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and other accessories.
