From hosting magical weddings to guiding guests through exciting adventures and offering cozy cabin stays, we're dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences in a truly enchanting setting. 🍽️ The Role: As a bartender at Lost Resorts, you'll play a vital role in our operation. From hosting unforgettable experiences for guests at our weddings and events to charming them with your hospitality at our rustic barn-turned-restaurant, every day will be an adventure! 🚀 Requirements: At least 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment Experience with shift leading / management Experience with ordering and inventory management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Wedding experience is a plus Must have car transportation Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States 🎉 Perks : Discounts on cabin stays Free activities such as fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Food & beverage discounts at our restaurant Free, Private room in shared on-site employee housing 📅 Season Schedule: Training starts in April, with the wedding season beginning mid-April and the restaurant opening in mid-June.
