YMCA of the Rockies is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Lead to help keep Snow Mountain Ranch safe, functional, and welcoming for more than 50,000 guests each year. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, can lead by example, and takes pride in fixing what’s broken and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll support year-round maintenance staff, guide seasonal team members, and tackle a wide variety of repair and upkeep tasks—indoors and out, rain or shine. Why Work at YMCA of the Rockies? What You’ll Do Provide leadership and day-to-day guidance for other seasonal maintenance staff Assist year-round maintenance team members on a variety of projects Repair minor to moderate facility issues in guest rooms, public spaces, and on grounds Perform snow removal from walkways, stairs, porches, and roofs during winter months Safely operate hand and power tools common to maintenance and construction work Complete basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, landscaping, electrical, and cleaning tasks Climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heights, including on roofs Perform trash collection and disposal across assigned routes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work night maintenance shifts as needed What We’re Looking For Valid U.S. state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Comfort performing physically demanding work indoors and outdoors Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedules Ability to lead by example, follow
