About This Role
The Camp Counselor provides leadership, direction, and supervision of campers in both overnight and day camp settings. Counselors ensure the safety, wellbeing and positive development of participants by leading activities, modeling YMCA core values, and building strong relationships within the camp community. All camp counselors will sleep in cabins with 10-12 campers and 1-2 additional staff members.
