Custodian

General job description: Responsible for cleaning public areas of the lodge. Employment: Full Time Seasonal Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean all lodge public areas, including lobbies; public restrooms, laundry rooms, spa, jacuzzi, and pool areas, fitness center, business center and other areas per department checklists. Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas per lodge protocols. Vacuum public, office, and employee areas. Dust and vacuum. Maintain custodial carts and closets with supplies. Perform nightly turndown service. Assist laundry attendants with cleaning, folding, and restocking closets. Wipe interior windows. Clean elevators. Empty trash in hallways and common areas. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Quality interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to multi-task. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Hardworking and self-motivated. Work Schedule Shifts any day of the week 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2pm – 10pm, exact times may vary Allows for ski time most work days but not guaranteed Weekend and Holiday work required No vacation as this is a seasonal position Accommodations Both live out and live-in positions are available For live-in positions, onsite housing is available in shared dormitory-style rooms. Bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day Ski pass included
