Customer Service Agent

Our customer service agent is the first person that guests will meet when arriving at 320 Ranch. They are a key member of the hospitality team here. It is their responsibility to greet guests, assist with the check in process, register the guests, let them know about on-ranch activities and amenities. Customer Service Agents are also responsible for verifying credit cards, balancing accounts, and securing payment for any on-ranch activities or room charges. Customer Service Agents will need to have a working knowledge of how to operate a PC, and will use a reservation software daily to take new reservations, change existing reservations, and occasionally cancel reservations. Customer Service Agents are also a key part of the team by providing guests with knowledge about the area. We encourage our agents to get out and explore Big Sky and Yellowstone!
