Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Warranty Associate (including but not limited to): Respond to customer emails and calls, providing accurate and timely answers to their product questions, comments or concerns Engage with customers to truly understand their needs Communicate with other employees to ensure the timely resolution of issues Provide answers to technical product questions and assist consumers with product selection Develop a strong understanding of Rab & Lowe Alpine products, policies and services Answer customer and other phone calls during assigned phone shifts Respond to warranty/repair email inquiries in an accurate and timely manner Process and determine appropriate repair or replacement resolution for incoming warranty and repair items Maintain communication with customers throughout the warranty/repair process Check-in, assess, and ship completed repairs to customers Create chargeable repair invoices for customers Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems and reporting spreadsheets Issue credit and replacement orders for customers and retailers Perform Rab Wash services from beginning to end Requirements To join us you must have: Essential Experience with outdoor apparel and supporting customers with their product needs Strong foundation of technical product knowledge Personal experience using outdoor products and enjoys sharing their expertise and experiences ensuring a positive experience for all customers Working knowledge of computers, with experience using MS Office suite Excellent critical thinking and communications skills, both verbal and written Strong work ethic with attention to details Able to operate effectively and professionally under pressure Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative Current full drivers licence Desirable Experience with Zendesk Experience in outdoor industry customer or dealer services Other information Salary and Benefits: Salary commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience 3% 401k match program Healthcare Benefits Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time Profit share bonus scheme Great staff discounts on our Rab products Free, unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning training resources About Rab USA View Profile Rab specializes in making rugged, high-performance mountain clothing and equipment.
