Director of Mountain Sports School

SUMMARY This position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Grand Targhee Ski and Snowboard School. This is accomplished through focusing on quality control of our products, financial management, teamwork, guest relations, employee development, creation and implementation of new programs and services, hiring, training and leading the management team, administrative duties and personal development. Responsible for overall direction of instructing skiing, snowboarding, cross country, telemark and adaptive lessons. Responsible for all facets of training, safety and supervision of staff, department policies and procedures, and development and monitoring of department budget to ensure profitable operational objectives. Must be a team player, committed to the goal of exceeding guest expectations. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests.
