Our Event Staff play a vital role in ensuring every meeting, program, and event is set up for success. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who enjoy active work, variety in their day, and supporting memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do Event Staff support conferences, programs, and daily operations across campus by: Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, events, and gathering spaces Arranging tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment, and refreshments Operating and troubleshooting onsite A/V equipment Maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms, public spaces, offices, restrooms, and chapels Assisting with snow and ice removal to ensure safe guest access year-round Delivering guest items such as keys, cribs, grills, and high chairs Supporting food service with catering and refreshment delivery Assisting housekeeping and laundry teams during peak and slow periods Providing basic office and radio dispatch support as needed Every day brings something new, and teamwork is at the heart of it all.
