Expeditor (Expo)

Job Description: Expeditor (EXPO): Our restaurant is both busy and large. The “Expo” position is an important role requiring focus, perfection, attention to detail, organization, the ability to handle pressure, knowledge of computer screens and to be quick. The “Expo” is the ‘connector’ of the FOH Staff and the BOH Staff. You will be the last line of defense in making sure that our great food is leaving the kitchen looking perfect, organized and complete before arriving at a table of guests. Qualifications: Solid work ethic This position requires you to be on your feet, move fast, be coordinated, handle pressure and have an eye for the attention to detail that our customers expect Some knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and POS systems Commercial kitchen experience preferred Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Complete background check Expectations: This is a seasonal business, seeing it through to the end of the season is expected and preferred Being a seasonal business, our success depends on flexibility and teamwork during peak times. Employees should expect to work a variety of schedules that may include weekends, holidays, late nights, early mornings, and other hours as business needs require.
