What You’ll Do As a Facilities Tech 2 , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include: Clean, check and adjust a variety of electrical equipment such as motors and fans. Connect wiring and replace bulbs. Maintain a variety of mechanical items. Prepare requisitions for purchase. Change air conditioners’ filters and clean fan coil as directed. Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical. wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Cleans work areas and disposes of trash and debris. Performs tests and inspections of pool equipment and chemistry. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization. Ability
