Floater

Seeking a Jack/Jill of All Trades, AKA a Floater. If you are someone who enjoys doing something new every day, if you are flexible and detail oriented, and you like to split your time between front of the house and back, then being a floater at Silver City Mountain Resort might be the fit for you! Your duties will vary between working the front desk, managing gift-shop inventory and stocking merchandise, assisting servers with bussing the tables on busy nights, and helping the housekeepers on heavy check-out days. It's a job for a human chameleon, someone who likes to move around and be the glue that keeps everyone together! Goal : To be a swiss-army knife on staff, assisting various departments in ensuring the resort runs smoothly and efficiently. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, an eye for details, a good work ethic, a problem-solver, and an ability to be flexible and go where needed without complaint. You must have a strong work ethic, and a deep desire to be in the outdoors. Experience: Desired, but not required for the right candidate
