Front Desk Assistant

Front Desk Associate – Guest Ranch We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role focuses on guest services and front office support while also assisting with light food service and general ranch operations. Responsibilities include: Greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, and answering questions Supporting daily front desk and lodge operations Assisting with food prep as needed Dishwashing and cleanup after meals Participating in ranch activities and supporting other departments Other duties as assigned Requirements: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift and carry items as needed Willingness to work flexible hours Enjoys working with guests in a ranch environment Dress code: Western attire required while working at the ranch (not required during cleaning or back-of-house duties
