Turpin Meadow Ranch | Moran, WY Seasonal | Full-Time | Housing Included Summer Season: June–September 2026 Turpin Meadow Ranch is seeking an organized, outgoing Front Desk Guest Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face and central hub of the guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on multitasking, and enjoys blending hospitality with an active, outdoor-focused environment. As part of our Guest Services team, you’ll help guests plan their days, coordinate ranch activities and dining, and ensure every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure. What You’ll Do Schedule and coordinate guest activities, rentals, and dining reservations Serve as the primary front desk contact for in-house and day guests Welcome guests on arrival and provide attentive support throughout their stay Handle guest requests and assist with special arrangements Monitor check-ins and check-outs Process payments, manage cash handling, and send invoices Coordinate closely with guiding, culinary, housekeeping, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Support the daily administrative and organizational needs of the Guest Services department Schedule & Pa y Salary based on experience and length of commitment Full-time seasonal position Must be able to commit to the entire summer season (June–September 2026) FREE employee housing provided Eligible for end-of-season performance bonus What We’re Looking For Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented Respect for the confidentiality of guests and ranch information Highly motivated and driven by guest satisfaction Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Professiona
