Front Desk/Retail Associate

Cliff Dwellers Lodge is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, manage front desk operations, and oversee retail sales. Key Responsibilities: Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes. Verify reservation details and process payments accurately. Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries about lodge amenities, local attractions, and activities. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Provide knowledgeable information about Cliff Dwellers Lodge, Lees Ferry Anglers, Kayak Horseshoe Bend, and other activities around Marble Canyon. Reservations Management: Manage phone and email reservations, providing accurate information about room availability and rates. Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate records. Retail Sales: Assist with the operation of the lodge's retail shop, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and processing sales. Fold apparel and ensure clothing items are displayed attractively. Restock inventory sizes and ensure all products are organized and easily accessible. Restock drinks in coolers, ensuring availability and freshness. Collaboration: Work closely with other lodge staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate special requests or events. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Prepare daily cash reports as required. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and common areas. Regularly clean and sanitize surfaces, restrooms, and retail areas. Ensure informational materials
