Front of House Server/Bartender Supervisor

Job Description: FOH: Server/Bartender Supervisor: As our FOH Supervisor, you'll play a key role in both day-to-day service and the overall coordination of front-of-house operations. While you'll still be serving tables alongside your team, you’ll also take a step back when needed to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistently excellent guest experience. You'll see where support is needed and lend a hand or display your leadership skills to make sure we are operating at our best. Job Summary: Your responsibilities will include setting a tone of excellent service for the “elevated” dining experience that we aim to provide, creating the weekly staff schedule, identifying and communicating restock needs to the General Manager, and supporting communication between the FOH, BOH and Events teams. As the schedule lead, you'll also be involved in planning for events to ensure we're fully staffed and set up for success. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural leader because they genuinely care about providing great hospitality and supporting their team.
