What You’ll Do Maintain and improve landscaped and natural outdoor areas across YMCA of the Rockies properties Plant, care for, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and turf Operate and perform routine checks on irrigation and sprinkler systems Perform snow removal and shoveling to ensure safe access during winter months Assist with trail, road, and grounds grooming projects Safely operate YMCA vehicles and landscaping equipment Identify and recommend improvements to enhance safety, appearance, and sustainability Work outdoors in a high-elevation environment across changing weather conditions What We’re Looking For Basic horticulture or landscaping knowledge preferred Experience with landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws) preferred Ability to learn and safely operate larger equipment is a plus Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
