Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for guests, always respond in a professional and courteous manner to all inquiries and guest needs Answer all phone calls in a prompt manner and ensure callers are treated with kindness and courtesy Respond timely to all email reservation requests Track and report data as requested by management Assist in parking lot management and be available to work in the outdoors directing traffic if necessary If called upon in an emergency, follow company processes for notifying management and dispatch services Follow all health, safety standards, security guidelines, policies, and initiatives Requirements Must be organized and detail / task oriented Possess an outgoing personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities Must be calm under pressure, with the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively Ability to multitask (i.e., speak on the phone, work on a computer while handling the public) Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts Must be able to work entire season, from Memorial Day through Labor Day without any vacation, or time away from work. Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., and perform bending, twisting, squatting activities while being on feet up to 8 hours per day. Must be 18 years of age Education & Experience Education:      High School Diploma or equivalent Experience:    One (1) year of customer service experience.
