Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, we are a seasonal retreat focused on sustainability, creativity, and community. Position Summary: Work associated with this position includes, but is not limited to, housekeeping, laundry, kitchen assistance, and other general ranch activities. Specific duties may vary based on the season, staffing availability, and the operational needs and priorities of the ranch. This position reports to the Guest Operations Manager and the Guest Relations Manager. The role is expected to average a minimum of 40 hours per week; however, hours may exceed with varying as operational needs require. Overtime may be available when necessary. Regular standard days off are provided, though the specific days may vary from week to week. Seasonal Guest Service Staff are expected to: Work within the spirit and specifics of the ranch vision, mission and principles at all times. Flexible in adapting to changes throughout the work environment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Willing to work in different ranch areas as need with a positive attitude. Work well within a team and accept tasks that are assigned from supervision. Perform the duties of this position, under a wide range of weather conditions that take place on the ranch. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in all lodge rooms, cabins, and public areas. In the laundry room we require as necessary the pressing, folding, storing, and organizing laundry, linens, and supplies. Keeping all housekeeping storage areas and work areas clean, organized, and well stocked. On a daily routine we have guest service staff, replenishing cleaning all guest supplies as needed.
