Seasonal Guest Services team members play a key role in delivering five-star hospitality. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests—managing check-ins, booking reservations, activity scheduling, and daily inquiries—while providing warm, attentive customer service. The role supports multiple departments, helping ensure smooth operations and guest experience throughout The Retreat. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position ideal for someone who is professional, adaptable, and excited to be part of a collaborative seasonal team. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Book lodging, activities, dining reservations, spa, and transportation using our PMS system. Process payments, update guest itineraries, and maintain accurate records. Provide top-tier customer service, resolve concerns, and assist with special requests. Support Housekeeping, Activities, Dining, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist with luggage handling, guest orientation, and occasional event support. Qualifications Front desk or customer service experience preferred, luxury or resort experience a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with PMS systems or willing to learn quickly. Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Physically fit and able to assist guests and handle gear in varied outdoor conditions. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required. Passion for western culture, outdoor experiences, and luxury hospitality are required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
