This position reports to the Operations Manager, and rotates through our dining room, housekeeping department, dishwashing, and transportation. In addition, this associate may assist in activities during the week, either joining a group hike or driving transportation to our off-site activities. Our Hospitality Specialist folks are the pride of our operations and make every guest experience first class. Qualifications and Education Requirements Ability to be flexible and work a variety of jobs. Desire to bring forward their genuine self to build a culture of inclusivity and achievement in the workplace daily. Current certification in CPR and First Aid (or ability to acquire before start of employment) Current ServeSafe Alcohol certification, TIPS training, or similar (we can provide training for those that are not current) Ability to follow a checklist to accomplish all tasks during a shift, and give feedback on such checklists as needed to improve efficiency. Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with guests and staff in a respectful manner.
