Guest Services/Challenge Course Specialist

Join us in the mountains of Montana for an adventure filled summer on our ropes course! The ideal candidate for the West Creek Ranch’s Challenge Course Specialist will live our core values of: Putting people first , by advocating beside our team of associates and catering to our guests. West Creek Ranch Guest Services/Challenge Course Specialist hybrid role will have training on our high and low ropes course to facilitate “Challenge by Choice” activities for guests each week, and will work on our hospitality team the rest of the time! The guest services team rotates through our dining room, housekeeping department, dishwashing, and transportation. Our guest services folks are the pride of our operations and make every guest experience first class. The Guest Services/Challenge Course Specialist will experience the West Creek way through a variety of shifts and spend time facilitating our groups and local non-profits at the AMB West Challenge Course. The AMB West Challenge Course is located on our sister ranch, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. The course was developed in 2015 to serve the needs of the ranch and the surrounding community. Built by Project Adventure, the Challenge Course was designed to support independent exploration with a continuous belay aerial course, as well as experiential learning and teambuilding with 8 other high ropes elements and 4 low ropes elements.
