Hospitality & Housekeeping Lead

The Hospitality/Housekeeping Lead trains, leads, and supports the other hospitality staff members as a team in providing a variety of hospitality and housekeeping services for the full Shadowcliff campus and our guests while paying close attention to health and safety policies and procedures, modeling expected practices, and providing quality control oversight. The Hospitality/Housekeeping Lead works in close partnership with the General Manager to review progress and plan for guests’ needs. This is an active, detail-oriented, and people-centered role for someone who finds purpose and determination in modeling and executing the daily rhythms and readiness of lodging.
