The Housekeeping Lead is a great opportunity for someone with some housekeeping experience to explore leading a team without the full responsibilities of managing a team. This position reports to the Operations Manager and will coordinate the daily cleaning and preparation of cabin rooms, common spaces, and general ranch cleanliness with the hospitality team. They will provide 5-star service and attention to detail for each guest. They will lead our team and work collaboratively to accomplish daily cleans, cabin checks and weekly turnovers. The Housekeeping Lead will ensure that every room is cleaned to the high standards of West Creek Ranch and our dedication to luxury. They will follow trained procedures of chemical use and cleaning routines for our variety of surfaces and will track inventory and ordering as needed to supply our crew with the appropriate materials to succeed. Qualifications and Education Requirements Desire to bring forward their genuine self to build a culture of inclusivity and achievement in the workplace daily. Minimum of two years of working knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures. Experience training entry-level employees.
