Housekeeping Staff

Job Description: Hotel & Restaurant Housekeeping Staff: Our business has a busy restaurant and four cute, period hotel rooms that need constant upkeep and cleaning. You'll start the day by: Assessing the Hotel needs and workload, planning your day and prioritizing the cleaning, stocking and laundry duties for the day. We have some restaurant facilities and laundry that need cleaning  and related maintenance, then you'll proceed to clean the hotel rooms that are turning for the day. You will have checklists to reference and maintain consistency. Qualifications: Some cleaning and laundry experience is preferred Communication skills are required. Your team and GM will need to be kept up to date on the daily assessments, workloads and restocking needs. Ability to use a computer: email, website navigation, etc. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Complete background check Expectations: This is a seasonal business, seeing it through to the end of the season is expected and preferred Being a seasonal business, our success depends on flexibility and teamwork during peak times. Employees should expect to work a variety of schedules that may include weekends, holidays, late nights, early mornings, and other hours as business needs require.
