HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas including onboarding, employee relations, health and safety, employee housing and workers compensation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks Coordinate new hire onboarding, which may include coordinating employee housing and employee activities Assist with employee relations issues including assisting with investigations, documenting incidents, and following up with associates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed Position Requirements Excellent customer service and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively and effectively with many types of personalities.
