Kitchen Receiver / Storeroom Manager

Employment: Full Time Seasonal Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Help manage food shipments Unload, sort, and put away food shipments Ensure that all food is put away in a correct and organized way Interact with food purveyors to manage shipments and ensure orders are delivered correctly Perform additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills Accuracy and speed in executing tasks A satisfaction making things neat, clean and organized Strong/efficient interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated Great teamwork skills and attention to detail Efficient time management Positive can do, get it done attitude Must be able to obtain a valid Utah food handler permit Able to lift 75 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials Work Schedule Shift times: generally, this is a split shift 6am to 11am and a couple hours in the afternoon We receive two shipments a day (Wednesdays & Sundays off) schedule can be manipulated Some ski time is available most days depending on shifts, but not guaranteed Weekend and Holiday work required No vacation as this is a seasonal position Accommodations Either a live-out or live-in position For live-in positions, onsite housing is available in shared dormitory-style rooms. Bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day. Off-site housing is also available in our employee housing at the base of the canyon available for a bi-weekly room and board charge of $100 includes three meals a day.
