Your Role: As Café Lead, you’ll be the right-hand to our Location Manager—training, supporting, and inspiring the café team to deliver top-notch service. You’ll make sure every guest leaves happy, every order is accurate, and the café runs smoothly day to day. What You’ll Do: Lead by example: train and support café staff while modeling professionalism and excellent guest service Keep things running smoothly: assist with timekeeping, POS management, and accurate cash/credit handling Know your stuff: be an expert on the menu, specials, and all company procedures Coach and inspire: help staff grow, troubleshoot issues, and keep morale high Keep it safe: serve beverages responsibly and follow all health, safety, and environmental standards Jump in wherever needed: your day might include prepping food, serving guests, or helping with café operations What We’re Looking For: ServSafe Certification High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of restaurant experience (resort or national park concessions preferred) Friendly, communicative, and a team player Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Able to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, twist, squat, and be on your feet most of the day Perks & Housing: Double occupancy rental housing available Work in one of the country’s most beautiful national parks Gain leadership experience in a fast-paced, fun environment Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other st
