We’re looking for Lead Cook ( Cook 1) professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska . What You’ll Do Create complete meals , individual dishes, and specialized meals, considering dietary restrictions and allergies. Maintain food quality , portion sizes, and determine food proportions for consistently excellent dishes. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards. Manage kitchen operations , including supervising 2nd and 3rd cooks and assisting with team training. Collaborate in menu creation and standardization , planning menus, estimating food requirements, and monitoring supplies.
