Lead Cook

Summary As a Lead Cook, you are ensuring that the food our guests receive was made with the love and care that they deserve. You are responsible for you and your team preparing and cooking all menu items standard; ensuring the ingredients are fresh, that the work area is clean, and that the necessary equipment is readily available. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment.
