Summary Under the direction of the Tram & Facilities Maintenance Manager, takes lead role in cleaning tramway properties by assigning and checking the work of janitorial staff in addition to performing the full range of janitorial duties. Pay and Benefits: Seasonal Employees are eligible for the Seasonal Employee Layoff Bonus Plan. The plan is designed to provide an effective means to motivate and compensate eligible seasonal employees during the term of their assignment. However, Goldbelt, Inc. may, in certain limited circumstances, grant discretionary performance bonuses outside of this program, in the sole discretion of the Company. Starting Rate: $22.00 - DOE Responsibilities Job Duties On a daily or shift basis, collaborates with janitorial staff to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates work assignments to janitorial staff. Informs manager of safety issues and areas that need to be addressed as it pertains to keeping the tramway at a high level of cleanliness. Assists with setting the janitor weekly schedule. Checks inventory of supplies on a weekly basis. Collects and disposes of trash and recycling from all areas of the tramway, terminals, and grounds.
