Lead River Guide

The Multi-Day River Guide Lead oversees the planning, packing and launching of our overnight river trips. The position requires collaboration with DRA guides and managers to ensure a smooth menu planning, shopping and packing process for all of our overnight trips. This lead position will have vast river, camping and rafting gear knowledge, previous rowing experience and have worked overnight river trips in the past. The lead position will realize the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and contribute to Deschutes River Adventures' goals of excellent guest service, a safe outdoor environment, and an overall commitment to excellence in all of our work.
