Position Summary: The Seasonal Line Cook will support the Ranch Chef in all culinary operations, with a primary focus on Breakfast and kitchen preparation for Lunch and Dinner with the chef. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team while looking to further his/her career. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute daily breakfast service for guests. Daily food preparation for the Ranch Chef Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards are met in all kitchen areas. Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen organization. Assist with inventory management and food cost control. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Engage with guests when appropriate, contributing to a welcoming and memorable ranch experience. Qualifications: 1+ years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen. Serve Safe certification Strong baking skills and experience preparing fresh baked goods. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to step in wherever needed. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a seasonal ranch environment.
