Job Description: Line Cook: Role Expectations: Fast-paced, busy kitchen. Prep ingredients, cook to recipe. Maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace. Ensure all health and safety standards are met and upheld at all times. Collaborate with the team. Previous line cook experience required. Strong teamwork, handle pressure, consistent quality, open to learning. Utilize local ingredients (like elk and bison) and craft house-made pastas and sauces.
