Serving breakfast and dinner to our lodge guests in a formal dining room Breakfast is buffet style & 4 course dinner Experience required/Wine service and knowledge Must be able to learn menus, recipes and wine lists Must be able to multi task in a busy dining room environment - handling several tables at once while interacting with the kitchen and other front of house staff Must be a team player Must be able to carry trays and stand for long periods of time Dorm style housing provided Ski and meal benefits Great ski time!!! (this requires candidates to be at least 21 years old or above in order to legally serve alcohol.) Employment: Full Time Seasonal Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and serve food and beverages to guests Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients Attend pre-meal meetings as required Check duty/side work lists for assigned duties and complete tasks in a timely manner Administer exceptional service according to operational procedures Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
