Maintenance Groundskeeper

West Creek Ranch is looking for a Maintenance Groundskeeper to help maintain the aesthetic of the ranch and upkeep the properties therein. This position will need to be flexible and able to work independently to accomplish the tasks assigned in a timely manner. Weekly tasks will include landscaping, mowing, and maintenance as requested (such as minor plumbing repair, HVAC upkeep, furniture repair and general problem solving). Weekly upkeep of the vehicles will be expected, with thorough cleaning and fueling required. This position will also be asked to assist with transporting guests and dishwashing for the kitchen. Qualifications and Education Requirements Ability to be flexible and work a variety of jobs. Experience working in maintenance and lawncare, and willingness to learn new things on the go. Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with guests and staff. Time managements skills to accomplish all tasks, or update team on timeline for tasks. Current certification in CPR and First Aid (or ability to acquire before start of employment) Able to meet physical requirements of the job which include repetitive motions, standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, twisting, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
