Seeking a Miracle Worker, AKA Maintenance / Groundskeeperz Are you a bad-ass who can make the seemingly impossible, possible? Do you love to work with your hands, get dirty, and problem solve? Are you able to prioritize needs, and see them to the finish line? Would you rather die than work inside?  Well, Maintenance and Grounds just might be your cup of tea! Goal: To keep the resort and grounds clean, tidy and functional. Working at a remote resort means that there are always problems to solve, things to fix, grounds to rake, and wood to chop. Sometimes we may have you focused on the visual needs of the grounds, and sometimes we may have you knee-deep fixing a maintenance issue. You never know up here, but being so far away from Home Depot, we need you to be an action-oriented problem solver. AKA, a miracle worker! Skills required: Basic plumbing and carpentry skills, good people skills, a proficient knowledge of tools and how to use them, must be neat and organized. Be a problem solver, not a problem seer.
