Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk

Employment: Full Time Seasonal Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Overnight position Reconcile transactions for the day Prepare all required daily and summary reports Provide courteous and professional guest services Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns Complete late-night guest check-ins and early morning guest check-outs Assist guests with luggage handling Perform late-night housekeeping requests Provide early morning coffee service Perform additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service preferred Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong computer skills Mathematical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations Work Schedule Shifts any day of the week, 5 days a week from 10:30 pm to 6 am Weekend and Holiday work required No vacation as this is a seasonal position Accommodations Both live out and live-in positions are available For live-in positions, onsite housing is available in shared dormitory-style rooms.
