Role Summary The Office Operations Manager serves as the central nexus for our daily business functions, bridging the gap between customer excellence experience and internal efficiency. This role is responsible for orchestrating seamless office operations while providing top-tier support to our retail partners and end consumers. You will act as a key collaborator with executive leadership, external manufacturer representatives, and our logistics team to drive sales fulfillment and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Customer Experience & Advocacy: Act as the primary ambassador for the brand, managing retail and consumer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and technical accuracy. • Revenue Operations: Oversee the end-to-end order management cycle, including order entry, invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. • Product Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Fix It Sticks product portfolio to provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations. • Sales & Logistics Coordination: Partner with Manufacturer’s Representatives to facilitate sales growth and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure precision in global fulfillment. • Operational Leadership: Manage general administrative functions, streamline interdepartmental communications, and delegate tasks to optimize team workflow. Qualifications • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of an organization. • Executive Function: Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities with a rigorous attention to detail and deadline management. • Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering a highly collaborative small-team environment. • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable mastering technical product specifications and navigating modern business software/ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or manufacturing sectors. • Advanced proficiency in order processing, financial administration, and CRM management. • A personal or professional interest in the hunting and shooting sports industry.
