Program Coordinator

Kennolyn Huntington Lake Program Coordinator should have previous experience in summer camp leadership and programing, 25+ years of age and a love for living in a summer camp environment. Must hold strong leadership skills willing to lead a group of counselors between the ages of 19 and 25 through our three, one-week Overnight Camp Programs and two-Family Camps getaways over the 17-week commitment. Program coordinator will oversee and participate in a one-week staff training, coordinate with current management, schedule lifeguard and boat training for waterfront staff, continued support for our counselors throughout the season and facilitate all daily and evening programing for a group of 50 campers each day. Strong administrative and communication skills when it comes to camper, parent and counselor evaluations, communication and day to day scheduling and administration. Pre- and post-camp weeks require a fair amount of physical work with setting up and closing camp for the winter.
