Rental Supervisor

We are  looking for a seasonal full-time Rental Supervisor - starting May 4, 2026 - who is reliable, enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment, can quickly learn the aspects of our rental process and riding in the Acadia area. The Supervisor will also oversee the Rental Staff throughout the tourism season. We are looking for individual/s with the following qualifications: Management -  overseeing the daily operations of the rental desk and seasonal Rental Staff - collaborate effectively with our Rental Manager/s to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Responsible -More reliable than spontaneous Organized - morning prep and receiving afternoon returned bikes with Rental Staff; ensuring all rental equipment is maintained, clean, and in safe working order Flexible - Enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Quick Learner -  Catches on quickly, can take initiative and help customers Communicator - People oriented and is comfortable in engaging customer, and can focus on providing the correct information about our area to individual/small group of guests
