Reservation Center Manager

The reservation center Manager is the direct supervisor of the office staff and executes the following basic responsibilities: Coordinates reservation and activity schedules Opens and closes reservation center and surf shop Creates staff schedules Manages clock-ins/clock-out through Timestation Makes bookings over the phone and in person Provides customer service and issue resolution Oversees retail operation, stocking, sales, etc. Works with cloud-based waivers, employee scheduling, POS retail, rental and activity system Oversees reservation facility, manages cleaning schedules, etc. Manages rental and activity schedules in Fareharbor The position requires excellent multitasking, communication and problem solving skills. The office is the epicenter of our business where we greet and sign-in customers, book activities and rentals and sell retail and the manager is responsible for making it run smoothly. Hourly pay plus tips and commissions on sales. Starting rate is $18/hour plus commissions and sales bonuses. Exact rate is negotiable and will be commensurate with ability and experience. This position is seasonal, from May through September. There is room for advancement and additional pay for excellent candidates that are willing and able to take on more responsibility. High performers can earn $4,000-$6000+/month during peak season. We will consider a broad array of skill sets for this position, as it involves elements of business administration, retail management, accounting, marketing, sales and more. The best candidates will have a background in one or more of these areas. At minimum we are looking for a self-starter who can keep our high volume business running efficiently.
