Reservations and Retail Crew

Retail and Reservations Crew members are often the first point of contact for our guests. This role blends customer service, organization, and retail sales in a fast-paced waterfront environment where a lot is happening at once. You’ll take reservations, build daily rental schedules, handle transactions, and greet and check in guests for a wide range of watersports activities—while also helping run our on-site surf boutique. Responsibilities include: Taking reservations and answering questions about activities Creating and managing daily rental schedules Greeting and checking in guests for their trips Handling payments and retail sales in the surf shop Assisting shoppers, recommending apparel, and making sales Stocking merchandise and keeping the boutique organized and inviting Keeping the front area welcoming, efficient, and upbeat Supporting crew and managers to help the day run smoothly We are a high-volume operation, so attention to detail, professionalism, and a friendly attitude go a long way. A variety of backgrounds can work well in this role as long as you are comfortable multitasking, talking with people, and staying positive under pressure. Pay: Hourly plus tips and sales commissions, based on experience. Advancement and increased pay are available for team members who take on additional responsibility and excel in the role. Housing: Available for management and captain roles.
